Lazyface Breaks Up ... Or Not

Depending upon who you ask, Lazyface is no more. Lead singer Sam DeWitt, who recently parted ways with the act, contends that he opted to dissolve the band that he and Jonathan Kosares co founded, prompted by the fact that the two are longer with the outfit. The remaining members, however, insist that Lazyface will continue without DeWitt, and that the band has simply shifted directions. Really, in this case, it seems to be a case of semantics. Fact is, ultimately, the collective that fans knew as Lazyface, the unit that just released a new record, Anything Left, has expired. -- Dave Herrera
