Indie 101.5 moving its broadcasts online

We heard murmurs about this over the weekend, but the official word just came down. Beginning Friday morning at 10 a.m., Indie 101.5 will be broadcasting at Indie303.com. Being billed as Denver's internet station, Indie 303 will presumably work to build its niche ala WOXY.com (which, incidentally, is in the process of moving its home base to Austin from Cincinnati). According to Whip, who just made the announcement on the air, the station has designs on playing local bands at the top and bottom of every hour in addition to the ones that are in regular rotation and is working on building an iPhone ap so you can continue to listen in your car. Bittersweet news to be sure. In the meantime, be sure to check out the last terrestrial broadcast of the Mile Hi-Fidelity show tonight from 8-10 p.m. Trampolines will be our guests in the second hour.
