Hope Sandoval, Juliette Lewis, the Sounds shows announced

Former Mazzy Star singer Hope Sandoval will be hitting the road next month for the first time in eight years on the heels of her forthcoming album, Through the Devil Softly, due September 29 on Nettwerk. Sandoval her band the Warm Inventions visit the Bluebird Thursday, October 1. Tickets are $22.25 in advance and $25 day of show, and go on sale Friday, August 29 at 10 a.m. Juliette Lewis, who played a short but explosive set last weekend opening for Cat Power and the Pretenders, returns to the area with a headling gig at the Fox Tuesday, October 6. Tickets are $15.50 in advance and $18 day of show, and go on sale Friday, August 28. Finally, the Sounds return to the Ogden Theatre on Halloween with Fox Shazam.
