Download an unreleased track from Strange Powers
Strange Powers moved back to the Mile High City from Austin last fall. Austin, he says, is not all it's cracked up to be. And besides that, he missed the Queen City, the place where he grew up, and where, given the choice, he prefers to hang his hat (know the feeling, Strange).
Anyhow, dude's been working on some new music, some of which he blessed us with, an unreleased track of his that's slated to appear on the Goose Bumps 4 compilation due out later this spring on Milled Pavement Records out of Maine. We're now, of course, sharing the track with you.
Inspired in part by Graham Hancock, Jose Arguelles, Terrance McKenna and Carl Sagan, the track ("Magnet") was written verse by verse, says Strange, and centers on some heady sci-fi theories that Strange has followed since his first UFO sighting at age nine. This particular cut ties into the 2012 phenomenon as it relates to the cosmic clock (told you it was heady). Get your freeload on below.
