World Cup Fever: Weezer writes US soccer anthem

In honor of the US's best World Cup soccer performance in, well, ever, Weezer has weighed in with "Represent," the unofficial US soccer anthem. Don't get too excited though -- there are no vuvuzela solos in the song. Instead you get a somewhat forgettable tune -- pounding drums, big riffs and kinda dumb lyrics.

But hey, that's that's pretty standard for Weezer these days! And besides, it's a soccer anthem! Sports songs aren't supposed to be smart or anything. So turn it up, pump your fist and add your own vuvuzela solo. World Cup fever: Catch it! USA! USA! USA!
