Drag the River's Daytrotter session posted
Over the past few years, quite a few acts from these parts, including Paper Bird, Young Coyotes, Nathaniel Rateliffe have recorded Daytrotter sessions. More recent sessions have included Tennis, Snake Rattle Rattle Snake, who recorded tracks there last week, and Drag the River, whose session was uploaded yesterday.

"There's a lot of beauty in the faint tone of sweet repose that Drag The River give off," writes Daytrotter headmaster Sean Moeller of the group, "as if we were listening to the audio of an old man's journal put to music, remembering the past and just how melancholy it actually was. The past didn't weather. It was always weathered and so they sit and they sing songs to the past that they treat like a weary and exhausted loved one."
