Tonight: Lynch Mob at Casselman's
Forming at the end of an era, Lynch Mob's late-'80s birth shot straight from George Lynch's departure from Dokken and acted as a platform for his highly skilled guitar work. Reincarnated in 2008, Lynch Mob has been playing shows in different formations with the guitarist and mastermind at the helm, putting out a record of new material, Smoke and Mirrors, in 2009. 
Whether out of current curiosity or a nostalgia for a bygone era of indulgent, expertly executed rock and roll, Lynch Mob's performance tonight at Casselman's should be the perfect (and early evening) way to start off your week. Opening with the Dark, this show is a 21-and-up event, and tickets are $13 to $15. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the show begins at 7.
