Bring on the dirty for Friday night! And by dirty, we mean dirtybird label's own Claude Von Stroke and J. Philip getting down at the Gothic tonight night. Get your minimal house & techno fix -- also warming up is Denver's own Bones. ($25 at the door, presales on Ticketmaster, 18+, 8 p.m.- 3 a.m.)

Also tonight: Afterhours Anonymous and Mahesh Presents are back with another exclusive engagement, We Love Afterhours, featuring New York's Three, Konrad Black from Vancouver, Trip Coffin of Mother Earth Sound System and the Missing Link, who records for Black's well regarded label, Wagon Repair. The event is an earthquake relief benefit for the Japanese Red Cross. There will be lots of bro-ing down, jocking each other and other demented shenanigans. ($25-$30, 21+, venue TBA)

Or, if you're in the mood for something a tad more exotic, check out Beats Antique at the Boulder Theater. The eclectic Oakland-based three-piece's sound pulls together disparate influences from roots, world music and dubstep, making it one of the more interesting bass-oriented electronic music acts of the moment. ($28.50-$33, all ages)

Crystal Method.
On Saturday night, dance favorites Crystal Method will be banging it out at Beta with locals DJ Dragon, Cognition and T-Rav warming things up. They're a Denver favorite and come here often, but their vast history in the industry always make their sets a party. ($20, 18+, 9 p.m.-2 a.m.)

Sub.mission returns Saturday night with another good one: Datsik, one of the hottest acts in dubstep right now, plays the Ogden Theatre. Datsik released a number of huge Beatport-chart-topping singles over the last couple years. Opening acts include Matt Clarke, Antonio Bliss and Laceration Selekta. ($20-$25, 16+)

And next Wednesday, April 13, multi-instrumentalist and steampunk genius Daedelus will be headlining a show (which also features the always-impressive Tokimonsta and Shlohmo) at Cervantes' Masterpiece Ballroom. ($15, all ages, doors at 8 p.m.)
