Tonight: Greensky Bluegrass at the Bluebird

Greensky Bluegrass (playing tonight at the Bluebird with White Water Ramble) is a band best experienced live. Though the group has put out a handful of records in the last decade, its traditional bluegrass instrumentation and jam-like improvisation comes to life outside of the studio. Greensky is well aware of this, encouraging fans to record its shows and trade them with others. 
The stage is also where the quintet finds itself collaborating with other artists like Railroad Earth and The Hackensaw Boys, creating a unique experience for each performance. This show is sixteen, and up and tickets are $15-20. Doors open at 8 p.m., and bands start at 9 p.m.
