Alexander East, Sonic Bloom, Justin Long and more on this weekend's Dance Card

After a weekend full of Pride and the greatest Music Showcase we've presented, how can you even think about enjoying yourself again? Well, we have a few ideas for you. This weekend is as chock-full of dance grooves as ever.

Sonic Bloom up in Georgetown is where the big party will be at this weekend; the three-day camping and music festival will feature EOTO, Tipper Sound Experience, Mala, VibeSquaD, Random Rab, MartyParty, Break Science and too many more to list, spinning sets through Sunday. (2 p.m., $30 and up)

Full Flavor Fridays returns for its monthly Appaloosa residency; this month, Chicago house pioneer Justin Long will headline, with resident openers Garret, Sound Advice and Greg Campbell warming things up. (9 p.m., 21+, $10 suggested donation)

Local favorite Ivy is teaming up with Dilettante and Mike Disco to spin sexy dance music at Beauty Bar for the Super Future Dance Party. (9 p.m.)

You can always check out Beta for their usual floor-thumping beats at Forever Fridays with DJs Shares and Petey bringing out the freshest pop hits and dance mixes to keep you moving on the dance floor; in the Beatport Lounge, as usual, P.U.N.C.H.I.S. presents ZoOLoGiKo, this week with John Templeton, DJ Lunatik and Angel Castro (9 p.m., 21+, no cover for ladies, $10)

Over at Funky Buddha, we welcome another Friday Fling; this version will feature Onry Ozzborn, Grayskul with Rob Castro, Lame with Void Pedal and special guest Tattooed Strings. (8 p.m., 21+)

At the Living Room, you will find DJ Sun Dragon spinning while guests munch on tapas and enjoy the space's unusual wine service station. (7 p.m., 21+, $12)

Check out Bar Standard's newest Friday night special, Genie and a Bottle on the rooftop. Enjoy hookahs and bellydancers with Arabic, Persian and Far East beats mixed with your favorite Top 40 and dance tracks. (9 p.m., 21+)

While we sure do miss the go-go dancer tryouts of last weekend, we always welcome another Global Friday at the Church where they are presenting Bodyrock with John Debo; residents Hycloud, Skye, Floorbangers, Twenty42 and Phunke Elements will be on the main floor, with Klutch Beat Boutique in the Mashup Basement and Peter Elzi in the Retro Room. (9 p.m, 18+, no covers for ladies 21+)

The Beatport Lounge at Beta is bringing back House Heads Anonymous on Saturday night, with Khalib, Travis Press, Rescue and Brian Camarena. (9 p.m., 18+)

And Alexander East has made it back to Denver; the house legend -- who produces, mixes and also sings vocals on tracks -- is being hosted by Supernova and the Blend. Brick Lee, Brett Starr, Hoang and Sami Tee will support; it's going down at 1.21 Jigawatts, and starts just in time to kick off your late-night/after-hours fun. (11 p.m., 21+)

Want to try something a little darker on Saturday? Try Milk with DJ Mike Rich in the Milk Bar spinning the best retro dark wave and DJ Roland K in the goth room finding the best goth and industrial spanning from the '80s on to keep you on the dance floor. (9 p.m., 21+, $5)

Soul Sundays at Spill will help wind down your weekend; this week, Dave Barker, Greg Campbell, Tony Rodelli, Brandon Bass, Nutmeg and Joey M will all take turns at the decks. (3 p.m.)

Every Sunday, 2200 hosts On the Way Back Down, a patio affair offering a range of sound. This week, Jon Foster, Bones and Brandon Bass will provide tunes. (2 p.m., 21+, no cover)

Bar Standard's Sunday Sessions have become a popular place to be Sunday afternoon, with great drink specials and local DJs spinning. (3 p.m., 21+)

If you are more interested in staying out late on Sunday, head to Sin Sunday at the Church which offers offers rotating DJ's Roland K, Slave1 and Demon. Service industry gets in free with ID or pay stub. Take in a variety of goth, industrial, '80s, dark indie, electro, and future pop -- plus $3 wine and well drinks, and the sushi bar is open! (9 p.m., 18+, no cover before 10 p.m.)
