We love this city, because when it comes to dance music, there's always something fresh going down -- and this weekend is no exception. Whether you're a bass-head or a house-lover, we've got somewhere for you to get your dance on! Keep reading to see what's on this weekend's Dance Card:

Evol Intent and Nightwalker headline Beta tonight, with support from Fury and Rumblejunkie; in the Beatport Lounge, Deciprocal will spin along with P.U.N.C.H.I.S. residents Diizel vs. Angel Castro. Drum-and-bass and underground techno for the win! (9 p.m., 18+, 21+ free before 11 p.m., 18+ $15 before 11 p.m.)

Teebs and Samiyam are flying in from Los Angeles to play the Larimer Lounge tonight with instrumental (and experimental) hip-hop beats, along with TAKE and Matthew David. (8 p.m., 21+, $15). It's time for another Friday Fling at Funky Buddha with DJ Shake 1 spinning hip-hop and Top 40 hits. (4 p.m., 21+)

Global Friday at the Church brings on Hycloud, Skye, Floorbangers, Twenty42 and Phunke Elements on the main floor, plus Klutch Beat Bootique in the mashup basement and Peter Elzi in the Retro Room. (8 p.m., 18+, ladies 21+ get in free all night)

David Starfire's underground, global electronic sound will fill the walls of Cervantes' Masterpiece Ballroom on Saturday; the bass guitarist/electronic hand-drummer/DJ/producer will bring a meld of classical and devotional Indian music with funk, dubstep, dancehall and hip-hop. Bird of Prey, Knowa Knowone and more are also on the lineup. (8 p.m., all ages, $15)

House legend Bad Boy Bill will be laying down fast-paced, dirty beats on Beta's superb sound system this Saturday, with Cognition + T-Rav and Marshall Monica (who'll be spinning his unique blend of "Gumbo Techno") supporting. (8 p.m., 18+, $15). Have a hankering for bass on Saturday? MartyParty is headlining the Fox Theatre in Boulder with Raw Russ! (8:30 p.m., 18+, $18 for 21+, $20 for under 21)

The Whomp Truck will be laying down beats at Civic Center Park during the day (1 to 7 p.m.) and heading up to Boulder for Pre-Rezzed, the MartyParty after-hours-gig-slash-pre-Burning-Man-fundraiser at Apex Movement Parkour Studio. Tron-themed costumes are encouraged, and there will be trampolines! (11 p.m., 18+, $10)

For a more mellow Saturday, consider Tea. House. Love. at the Lotus Dream Emporium. If you haven't finished your back-to-school shopping, now's the time, because there will be sales, plus free hot and cold organic teas and, of course, house music by Dirty Funk Squad, Ces, EddieKnights and a live drum set by Chris Budin. (7 p.m., no cover before 9 p.m., $3 after 9 p.m.)

House of Buddha Saturdays is back on Saturday night with Steve Sinful and his monthly "house guest" spinning, well, house upstairs, and DJ Wushu loading up the tables with electro/party rock/hip-hop downstairs at the Funky Buddha. (7 p.m., 21+)

Bar Standard presents VIP Saturdays with DJ Tanastadi, DJ Chonz and Burhm Gotti; there will be drink specials by Nude Vodka. (9 p.m., 21+, $5 cover, ladies free before 11 p.m.) Vinyl's Climax on the Roof presents DJ Xtasys and a White Party this Sunday. (4 p.m., 18+, $12)
