Ah, yes, each week we bring you the latest and greatest in the world of local hip-hop and rap music. We're all across the map with this installment of That's a Rap, bringing you a sexy freestyle from singer Bmore, a beautifully crafted joint from Zome of Diamond Boiz, a serious "we're cooler than you" posse cut from Spoke In Wordz, as well as a video from Babah Fly that features a gorilla. This week's rap doesn't know if it's coming or going, but it's all damn good.

Kelly Rowland scored herself a hit with the Rico Love penned "Motivation" featuring Lil Wayne. With the song quickly rising to the top of the charts, several remixes were inevitable. Here, Bmore tries his hand with the twinkling, sexy beat, and he kills it. From the first charming note, it's evident that this kid can sing. His flow is solid, and the lyrics are thorough enough to warrant more than just a verse.

We hear there's a video to be released soon for Zome's new joint "So Legit" from the Diamond in the Flesh album. The track features Julox and A.V.I.U.S and has a style of production that's so steeped in the '70's, you can almost hear Curtis Mayfield crooning over this joint.

Spoke In Wordz is dropping his Cross Over mixtape with DJ Chonz at the end of the month, and in advance of the upcoming release, he's leaked a mega posse cut called "Kids Cool" featuring Fresh Breath Committee, Fokis and RP. Right off the bat, the song's hard hitting 808 almost steals the show, but each of the MCs offer up thoughtful, well written verses and and display some versatile execution.

Babah Fly's new video for "Keep it Simple Stupid" features some hip-hop hijinks involving a gorilla-looking creature in the woods, that very well could be Big Foot. While the footage is entertaining, the most intriguing about the track is Babah Fly's delivery. He has a flow that's hard to pinpoint at first, but once you're dialed in to his frequency, it's easy to feel his rhymes, which blend easily throughout the production.
