Yonnas Abraham's SEXTAPE due out December 16. Abraham releasing a song a week until then
In preparation for the release of his long-awaited SEXTAPE EP, Yonnas Abraham of The Pirate Signal and BLKHRTS is releasing a song a week leading up to the day the six-song debut is released: December 16. While the songs -- "Try," the first track, which dropped on September 11, and "Suicide," the latest cut -- presage SEXTAPE, none of them will appear on the release.
The tracks (streaming here) are both available for download. The latest single is definitely a banger. Dark and futuristic, with feverish production and anguished lyrics, "Suicide" boasts a brooding piano line that leads Abraham through a winding tunnel of utter blackness. SEXTAPE will be available for download on Bandcamp on Friday, December 16, and its release will be celebrated at Conceited Bastards Art Gallery (739 Sante Fe Drive) on Friday, December 16, as part of a combined music and photography exhibit.
