So-Gnar's Shredded Beats premieres at Larimer Lounge with Michal Menert

"It could've been a nightmare in the making, but when I played some of Michal's music, they thought it was rad and they loved it." Milbery and the booking agents at Club New Lex got to work on bringing Menert over to see Japan.
"I was thinking to myself," he explains, "if you bring good people to a good land, good things will happen. That was kind of my philosophy." And a good philosophy it turned out to be. Menert and Milbery toured with filmers from Coalatree, a Colorado based clothing company that doubles as a farming collective of like-minded individuals, and as they made their way through Japan, managed to produce some solid footage and create some great music in the process.
