Scene and heard: Things were just as hot at the Summer Jam after party at Club Dreams

The last time we were at Club Dreams, the line was down the block, security was barking orders, DJ Topshelf was rocking the entire place and guys and girls alike were doing all they could to see and be seen. The scene at the official KS 1075 Summer Jam after party was exactly the same. Police were lined up, promoters were talking in quick and hushed tones and patrons were doing all they could to squeeze into the place. The difference? Rising hip-hop star Kirko Banz was in the building.

When we made it in the club, we found a mass of bodies and DJ Topshelf crushing shit with his East Coast heavy music selection. The dance floor was entirely packed, as was the VIP area upstairs where Kirko Banz was holed up with his people. The drinks were flowing and the vibes were good. Girls in shiny dresses and guys with fresh haircuts milled around and chatted each other up.

At Club Dreams, you have a few options: Brave the packed dance floor and carve out a place for yourself to get down to the sounds, hole up around the bar area where you can watch the action or mingle with the crowd upstairs in VIP.

A mixture of all three makes for a full evening of eye candy, people watching, hand shaking and an entire urban experience. The drink of choice in the club is Ciroc. All throughout the evening, the line at the door remained wrapped around the building and the sounds from the DJ booth remained supreme and kept the party jumping.
