Ah, yes, the holiday season is now officially in full swing. We know this, of course, because, well, Black Friday fired the warning shot last week, and the holiday shows are coming fast and furious: Most notably, Ryan Tedder and OneRepublic are bringing back their Denver Acoustic Christmas to the Ogden Theatre for the second year running with Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Flobots and Zach Heckendorf. Not yuletide related, but full of cheer nonetheless: We've also got new shows from Galactic, Reel Big Fish, Queensryche, Mondo Generator, Pennywise and Testament. This Just In: New Concerts and On-Sale Dates

OneRepublic hosts Denver Acoustic Christmas: A Concert For Charity, which also includes performances by Big Head Todd & the Monsters, Flobots and Zach Heckendorf on Friday, December 21 at the Ogden Theatre. The show benefits Children's Hospital, Food Bank of the Rockies and Denver Santa Claus Shop. General admission ticket ($39.50) and VIP tickets ($150) go on sale this Friday, November 30 at 10 a.m.

Orange County ska band Reel Big Fish hits the area for three shows, including the first one on Thursday, January 10 at the Gothic Theatre, followed by a date on Friday, January 11 at the Fox Theatre and culminating with a show on Saturday, January 12 at the Aggie Theatre. Tickets for the shows go on sale this weekend.

Galactic is due to return to Colorado for a two-night stand at the Ogden Theatre with former Living Colour frontman Corey Glover on Saturday, February 16 and Sunday, February 17. Tickets ($29.75/$35) for both shows go on sale this Saturday, December 1 at 10 a.m.

In commemoration of the 25th anniversary of Operation Mindcrime, Queensryche -- the version of the band featuring Geoff Tate and a lineup comprising Rudy Sarzo and Bobby Blotzer, among others -- is slated to headline the Paramount Theatre on Thursday, April 11. Tickets, which start at $29.50, go on sale this Friday, November 30 at 10 a.m.

Pennywise is due for a pair of Colorado dates after the first of the year, Wednesday, January 30 at the Aggie Theatre in Fort Collins and Friday, February 1 at the Black Sheep in Colorado Springs. Mondo Generator, featuring Nick Oliveri from Queens of the Stone Age and the Dwarves, is coming to the Marquis Theater with Saviours and Wino on Tuesday, January 8. Tickets ($15) are on sale now. And Testament returns to the Summit Music Hall with Overkill and Flotsam & Jetsam on Monday, February 25. Tickets ($28-$30) go on sale this Friday, November 30 at 10 a.m.
