MANO LE TOUGH @ NORAD | SAT, 9/28/13
Mano Le Tough is a Berlin-based artist whose output ranges from sweeping, atmospheric house soundscapes to a more minimalist slant on the techno side of things, with mechanical beats and melodies that evoke what you might hear if robots could write melancholy love poems in sound form. The Dublin native is one of the geniuses behind Berlin's monthly Passion Beat parties (co-hosted by fellow Irishman the Drifter), and his talents behind the decks and in the production room have earned him spots at Panorama Bar, Berghain and other top-notch clubs around the world.

Mano Le Tough's sets have a pure quality to them, often eschewing hard-driving beats in favor of dreamy, meandering tempos and soaring melodies that uplift and inspire audiences to new heights of emotion they didn't know were possible to reach through music. Catch his Colorado debut at NORAD with Job Jobse and Heath Spiegelberg. (9 p.m., 21+, $10-$15)
