A burrito bonanza!

• Hey .. while i'm not a big burrito fan, i have been to beacoup and don't get all the hate. I think that maybe they have too many options for ingredients, and that means too many ways to screw up your own burrito. it reminds me of the old moes' bagels on speer, the entire staff were college freshmen, misfits and kids who couldn't possibly get jobs anywhere else. the owners have created a great, inexpensive, product enjoyed by people within walking distance, and keeps a lot of young people employed. yes, you can get better curry on Federal, but why stop there you can get way better curry in phuket, and of course the cajun pork and shrimp is far better in New Orleans. westword / sheehan seem to spend a lot of time and energy massaging the same few restraunt owners and personalities in town as if they could do no wrong. and constantly bash on the really little guy.
