A taste of the Sudan at Restaurant 4580

Categories: Culinary Events

Good food for a good cause: At 6:30 p.m. tonight, Restaurant 4580, the neighborhood place that Martin and Susan Hammer opened three years ago at 4580 Broadway in Boulder, will host a benefit for the Lost Girls of Sudan. CSAW supports eighteen of these refugees in Boulder, and will collect 10 percent of the cost of the Sudanese feast served tonight. The $45, three-course dinner features traditionalSudanese cuisine; to find out more, go to www.restaurant4580.com or call 303-448-1500.

If you subscribe to Cafe Bites, Westword's weekly food newsletter that's delivered to inboxes Tuesday night, you already know all this, of course. And if you don't subscribe but would like to, e-mail cafe@westword.com.
