Centro Latin Kitchen, at 950 Pearl Street in Boulder, is hosting a Veramonte Wine Dinner at 6:30 p.m. March 19; exec chef Ian Clark is creating a four-course dinner that pairs with the Chilean wines. Finally, "Taste Test: Random Encounters in the History & Science of Food" at the Lab at Belmar, 404 South Upham in Lakewood, focuses on green chile on Thursday, March 19.
