Drinking with Pete at Union Station

All aboard!

Over the past few months a crew of chefs -- "a band of misfits," as Jamey Fader describes them, as remarkable for their appreciation of each other's work as for their own considerable talents -- have hosted a series of underground dinners for their biggest fans.

The third 50 Top, as the dinners are called (the guest list is limited to fifty, and no, you can't beg or bribe your way onto that list), was held on the mezzanine of Union Station. Pete Marczyk, co-owner of Marczyk Fine Foods, contributed some of the apps that night -- and he also contributed his talents to another round of "Drinking With Pete" videos.
