MiniBar to open next week
Michael Wahaltere is working with Ward as exec chef, consultant and manager. It's a "tiny slip of space," he told Lori Midson, that will "bring New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco energy to the Cherry Creek restaurant scene."
Yes, the bar is small, but Ward has done big things with little packages before; he created Slim 7 out of alley space in Larimer Square, space that is now being used for Troy Guard's TAG, set to open May 18.
