Great Divide Brewing Company and City, O' City, the bohemian vegetarian restaurant, bar and bakery at 206 East 13th Avenue, are hosting Boozenfüd (useless trivia: "boozenfüd" has exactly six Google entries, all of which are related to this dinner), a multi-course meal featuring four Great Divide brews paired with four dishes from City, O' City, at 7 p.m. tonight.
The dinner, priced at $35 per person, includes an amuse-bouche, followed by baby beet carpaccio with a mizuna salad dressed with a pear-infused vinaigrette; tofu ceviche with watermelon; cedar-plank portobello mushroom caps with broccoli rabe, parsnip puree and a cherry port reduction; and chocolate lava cake with orange-anise ice cream.
