Tonight: Meet the very tall, dark and handsome Jason Sheehan

So...if you haven't already heard about Jason Sheehan's new memoir, Cooking Dirty: A Story of Life, Sex, Love and Death in the Kitchen, then your reading catalog clearly consists of titles that you should keep between yourself and your therapist. Oh, please. Shameless Sheehan has pimped his book here, here again, there and everywhere, so it's not like he's all shy about it.

But here's the thing: He has been shy about showing his face since he landed in Denver seven years ago for a job at Westword, where he's been called everything from an "an extraordinarily good food writer" by Time magazine book reviewer Lev Grossman to a "hack scribe" who should take his "untalented pen and go write for a VH1 reality show."

But tonight, for the first time since being crowned the restaurant critic at Westword, Sheehan is showing his face. In public. For you to slap, or whatever. And he'll be scribbling his name (and god only knows what else) across the title page of his new book, for your autographing pleasure.
