Guess where I'm eating?

• I couldn't agree more: Lettuce belongs in one place, and one place only -- and that's a salad. I can do without the sour cream, too, which is great on a baked potato, but that's where it should stay. Oh, right...to answer the burning question: It's the chilaquiles from Udi's, just as Eric said.

• Yeah, the lettuce and sour cream (plus the eggs benedict) must mean a mixed cuisine kinda place. Krameria Cafe?

• Good lord! Why in the world did you let somebody put lettuce and sour cream on chilaquiles? That's like putting Jell-O pudding on a hamburger. Please tell me where you were served this disgusting monstrosity, so I can be sure to stay way the hell away. Eric, many of the hole-in-the-wall tacquerias around should be able to make chilaquiles for you. It's typical hangover food, like menudo, so seek it out on a Saturday or Sunday morning.

• Any lettuce at all on chilaquiles seems strange to me. And Lori, if you are implying that crisp tortilla chips in chilaquiles is a good thing, I respectfully disagree. To me chilaquiles are almost a casserole-like dish the main purpose of which is to reuse stale tortilla chips from the day before. So for me, softer chips is a good thing in the case of chilaquiles. Based on the clue that their benedict is good, my only guess would be UDI's. I'm sure that is wrong, but please let us know the answer soon as I haven't had even a half-decent plate of chilaquiles since I moved to Denver. And I can always take the lettuce off.
