It's been a fantastic five years for Frasca Food & Wine, the Boulder restaurant at 1738 Pearl Street that chef Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson and master sommelier Bobby Stuckey opened in 2004. Even now, Frasca is still the restaurant-of-the-moment, the food shrine by which all others in Colorado are judged.

And tonight, in celebration of five great years in Boulder, Patterson and Stuckey are rolling out a four-course menu featuring their favorite dishes over the years, with wine pairing options from David Weitzenhoffer's A.I. Selections Portfolio.

Here's a sneak peak at tonight's menu:

Hamachi "Crudo" with pickled Gypsy peppers and horseradish

Butternut agnolotti with montasio "crema" and pumpkin seed oil

"Stufato" -- Berkshire pork and ricotta meatball, soft potatoes and beef "brodo"

Peanut butter cup with Valrhona dark chocolate gelato and peanut butter mousse

The dinner is $45 per person (wines are extra), excluding tax and gratuity. For reservations or more information, call 303-442-6966.
