The website doesn't give away any clues, but the very visible public notice sign is plunged deep into the dirt in front of the former Grazio Italian Grill & Bar space at 9271 Park Meadows Drive. According to the wooden post, that restaurant, which lasted about as long as a mouse on Epoisse, will soon become Blue Rox Grill. A hearing with the Lone Tree Department of Excise and Licenses is scheduled for Tuesday, December 1.

and before that it was hops.. nothing lasts long there. owners are enamored of the spot, but its really not that good a place. hopefully this one will last. wonder if i should apply for a front of the house position..

The restaurant opened this week...the food is amazing. Wasn't in the restaurant before it became Blue Rox Grill, but it's got a pretty cool look & feel inside, too.

The food at Blue Rox grill is really good, great looking Restaurant & great Staff. They need to have bigger glasses for the Mixed Drinks & please fill the Wine glass up, hopefully this will change once they have been in Business for awhile.
