Pam Savage Sims is a talented singer and a talented chef, but she's focused on the latter while she and her husband, Curt Sims, have built their chain of Lime restaurants. 
From 6 to 9 p.m. tonight, though, she'll be concentrating on her pipes, not her pans, when she sings at Sublime, the cleverly named lounge next to the Landmark Lime in Greenwood Village; for info, go to www.eatatlime.com.
