Burger update: H Burger, Deluxe Burger, Larkburger
H Burger Denver is opening tomorrow. Really. After a three-day delay, the party at 1555 Blake Street (entrance on the 16th Street Mall) will start at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 13, and end at 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, February 14. 
H Burger will serve these up on Saturday. Really.
If all -- finally -- goes according to plan, this will be just the first of the HBurgers in Colorado -- hence the name change from H Burger Lounge to H BurgerCo.

An update on the postponed opening of Deluxe Burger, Dylan Moore's new project at 5325 East Colfax Avenue, next to Mod Livin' (which has partnered in the project): The restaurant "had a very aggressive timeline in order to hit the opening date of February 14," says spokeswoman Brianna Firestone. "Unfortunately, sometimes that timeline doesn't match up with what the city can do. Right now we have a few construction delays and final inspection sign-off delays, nothing major, just the hurdles that we sometimes deal with opening a restaurant. We are expecting to be open next week, so the delay is not a massive one."
And we finally have an opening date for the state's third Larkburger, which got its start in the Vail Valley and moved into Boulder last spring. The new outlet is in the Denver Tech Center, at 8000 East Belleview Avenue.
And it's opening February 20. Guaranteed. Maybe.
