Deluxe Burger sets a new opening date

Deluxe Burger, the spot at 5325 East Colfax Avenue that's a joint venture between Dylan Moore (Delite, Deluxe) and the owners of Mod Livin' next door, blew past its February 14 opening, and didn't open last week, either. 
But the beginning is in sight, according to a new post on Deluxe Burger's web site:
"We've paid off all the city inspectors and our paperwork is now in order ... but we haven't slept in a week and the weather is freezing ... so we figured let's nail down all the details and give Chef Dylan a chance to test out all his new equipment.
"Look for the ribbon to be cut on Saturday Feb. 27th at 11:00. We appreciate your patience and support ... trust us, it will be worth the wait..!!
