Garbanzo has a heart for the American Heart Association

Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill is offering a heartfelt deal this month. For every "Love Your Heart" plate -- falafel served with your choice of hummus, salads and sauces -- sold in February, Garbanzo will donate $1 to the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign.

Garbanzo serves up healthy Mediterranean fare in a fast-casual setting. "We want to offer fresh-made authentic dishes, but still allow customers to feel relaxed and welcome," says Alon Mor, who founded the Denver-based company that now has eight outposts in the metro area. "While I can't bring the Mediterranean Sea here, I can bring you the spices, food, and freshness that remind me of my home."

And do it with heart.
