Frasca Food & Wine, 1738 Pearl Street in Boulder, is famed for its delectable dishes and extensive wine list -- and every Monday night, the restaurant offers a special four-course tasting menu, co-hosted by master sommelier Bobby Stuckey and chef Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson. Tonight, they'll be featuring the wines of Querciabella from Tuscany, presented by Paola Banchi.

Querciabella is located about ten miles south of Florence; it's a certified bio-dynamic winery that's known for sparing no expense with its vintages. The dinner will start with a barrel-aged chardonnay-pinot bianco blend, "Batar," and finish with the cabernet-sangiovese blend "Camartina," with other delectable wines poured throughout.

The wine-tasting menu is the only menu available on Mondays; it costs $45 per person and does not include the cost of the wine pairings themselves, which usually range from $30 to $45 extra per person. for more info, call 303-442-6966 or go to www.frascafoodandwine.com.
