As spring rolls inexorably into summer, the wine starts flowing, the music starts playing and workshops on everything from soup to Asian cuisine start filling up. What will your week look like? Here's a taste of what's out there:

Monday, May 10:

Wednesday, May 12:

Elway's Cherry Creek

Thursday, May 13:

The Denver Botanic Gardens, 1005 York Street, will be the setting for Sensational Summer Soups and Salads, which teaches fresh soups and salads for al fresco dining. Winemaker John Balistreri has teamed up with three local chefs who will prepare five courses to enhance seven barrel samples for Balistreri's Spring Barrel Tasting Dinners.
