The Brazilians like meat, and at their steakhouses, it's all-you-can-eat. This isn't exactly a buffet, though. Fogo De Chao's servers bear long skewers of hefty cuts of filet mignon, legs of lamb, and fat juicy sausages directly to your tableside until you either flip your card from green to red, or eat so much your kidneys explode.

2. Big Hoss Bar-B-Q, 3961 Tennyson Street
Slab of ribs you're craving? You can have a full two and a half pound slab at Big Hoss Bar-B-Q. This divey neighborhood restaurant on Tennyson proffers plenty of options for the meat-hungry, including plates piled high with brisket, a full half chicken, and two pounds of wings.

3. Dazzle, 930 Lincoln Street
What's the opposite of Meatless Monday? All-you-can-eat-Prime-Rib Monday. For $19.95, this jazz club will let you indulge in as much beef as you can stomach from 6:30 until 8:30 on Monday nights. More meat? Add a skewer of shrimp for $5.

4. The Berkshire, 7352 East 29th Avenue
Named for a particularly delectable type of swine, the Berkshire takes its pig seriously, loading brioche rolls with slow-cooked pulled pork and working strips of bacon into unconventional places like peanut butter sandwiches. In addition to dinner entrees that include pork chop and seared pork belly, the restaurant also serves up a kobe beef burger topped with, of course, bacon.

5. The Buckhorn Exchange, 1000 Osage Street
In a room flanked by the heads of dead animals, the Buckhorn Exchange serves a game-dominated menu that includes elk, quail, and buffalo prime rib. Pairs can order one and a half or two pounds of steak, too, cut from New York strip loins. For those who want to stuff their faces with even stranger hunks of meat, ostrich and yak are also occasionally available.

6. The Fort, 19192 Highway 8, Morrison
The Fort's menu draws inspiration from the wild settlers of the Early West, so the restaurant serves up some exotic carnivorous treats as appetizers, like rattlesnake cakes and roasted buffalo bone marrow. Entrees include hefty cuts of steak, elk chops, and duck breasts pan seared in coffee and ancho chilis.
