Tonight: Taste the South at Jax and Interstate

Hosea Rosenberg heads back to home base.

Each month, Jax Fish House, 928 Pearl Street in Boulder, has been welcoming back Top Chef winner Hosea Rosenberg for the aptly named Hosea Rosenberg Monthly Dinner Series. At 6:30 p.m. tonight, Interstate Kitchen & Bar, 901 West 10th Avenue, will host a Bulleit Bourbon Dinner, featuring five courses paired with five Bulleit cocktails as well as a presentation by "master of whiskey" Robert Sickler.
