Everyone knows that Colorado peaches are among the best in the world -- and it's harvest season! Celebrate at the Lafayette Peach Festival on Saturday. And if peaches aren't your thing, there are dozens of other options on the culinary menu this week. Here's a taste:

Monday, August 16:
