This Sunday, August 22, chefs Jeff Osaka (twelve), Alex Seidel (Fruition and Fruition Farms), Scott and Deanna Parker (Table 6) and Justin Brunson (Masterpiece Deli and Lechon) will host a summer seafood feast at Infinite Monkey Theorem, the urban winery at 931 West Fifth Avenue, owned by grape guru Ben Parsons.

And because these are unequivocally some of Denver's best chefs, and because the menu -- fresh oysters, pan-roasted mussels and clams with andouille sausage and fresh corn, lots of summer salads and a Palisade peach dessert -- sounds too damn good to miss, and because Parsons is pouring a new release wine on Sunday, we're giving away a pair of tickets each to two lucky Westword readers.

The dinner, which also has a charitable component -- a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Revision International, a nonprofit that converts household yards in low-income neighborhoods to organic vegetable gardens -- is one of four that ringleaders Osaka, Seidel and Parker will host over the next year. Each dinner will strut the kitchen cred of a guest chef -- in this case, Brunson -- and a charity tie-in.

"These are all just really great chefs, and even more important, super-nice guys, and we just want to have fun, hang out together and cook collaboratively, while helping out a deserving charity," says Osaka.

Want to join the party?

Here's how: Today, and again on Thursday, we'll post a three-part question. Each day, the first person to answer all three parts correctly will win two seats to the summer seafood shindig, which begins at 6 p.m.

If you don't win tickets from us, you can purchase tickets in advance, for $50, excluding wine, by calling the Infinite Monkey Theorem at 303-736-8376, or twelve, at 303-293-0287.

Today's three-part question:

1. What are Justin Brunson's favorite variety of mushrooms?

2. What are the names of the two goats that roam the grounds of Fruition Farms?

3. There was recently a rumor that Jeff Osaka was looking for a space to do a second restaurant. At which recently shuttered Denver restaurant was he seen wandering around, checking things out?

Post your answers in the comment section below. We'll announce the winner of today's contest tomorrow morning.
