The City of Aurora presents a Whole Grain cooking class from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Expo Recreation Center, 10955 East Exposition Avenue in Aurora. Admission is $43 to $56; call 303-326-8630.

At 5:30 p.m. tonight, Hotel Boulderado, 2115 13th Street in Boulder, is the site of a Fourmile Fire Benefit featuring a four-course dinner created by chefs from Centro Latin Kitchen & Refreshment Palace, Jax Fish House Boulder, Zolo Southwestern Grill, Happy, the West End Tavern, Salt, Q's and Colterra. tickets are $125; call 303-447-0487 or e-mail iva@bigredf.com for reservations.
