This is the last week of the original Frasca
This week marks your last chance to eat in the original rendition of Frasca Food & Wine, the Boulder restaurant at 1738 Pearl Street owned by master sommelier Bobby Stuckey and chef Lachlan MacKinnon Patterson that started making big waves on the Front Range dining scene six years ago.

The restaurant will serve its last dinner on September 11 before closing for six weeks to complete renovations. During that time, the flagship will get a makeover -- including a bigger kitchen and a private dining room. And the highly anticipated new eateries in the Frasca empire, Locale Pizzeria and Il Caffé, will be completed.

Frasca will reopen for dinner on October 27, and it'll be taking reservations throughout the closure.

There's still no official opening date for either of the new restaurants; when the spots do open, Locale Pizzeria will only accept reservations for parties of six or more, and Il Caffé won't accept reservations at all.
