Trinity Brewing in Colorado Springs has released the label for its Double Rainbow saison and there's only one way to describe it: "It's so intense!"

That's right, the brewery is a beer -- due to be tapped on October 24 as a dessert beer during a saison dinner -- based on the phenomenal Double Rainbow YouTube video that went viral over the summer after Jimmy Kimmel tweeted about it.

You know the one: "Oh my God! Oh my God! ... It's so intense!"

The beer itself is likely to me intense as well, especially since its ingredients are inspired by the colors of the rainbow, uh, double rainbow: Raisoned shiraz wine grapes, fresh violets, eggplant, saffron, rose hips, pumpkin, tangerine zest, tumeric, honey, green peppercorns, parsley, blue corn and agave nectar.

An early draft of the label.
Trinity originally planned to make the beer in September, but ran into trouble coming up with all of the ingredients, according to brewery owner Jason Yester.

While pairing it with food at the dinner may be difficult, Trinity is going to try it with some nitro-glycerine rainbow sherbet. "What does it mean?!?"

The Belgian-inspired beer is a collaboration with Black Fox Brewing, which is also in Colorado Springs; bottles will be released in early November.

"All the way!"

And if you still haven't seen the video, here it is:
