Although many couples, including the happy pair pictured here, have made McDonald's part of their nuptials, McDonald's devotees now have a place where they can officially consummate their affection for the Clown: Hong Kong is the first city in the world to host weddings under the Golden Arches.
Helen Cheung, director of corporate communications and relations for McDonald's Hong Kong, says she's been getting about ten calls a month from couples who want to tie the knot under the watchful eye of Ronald McDonald. There's so much interest, in fact, this McDonald's will soon be hostings engagement parties and wedding anniversaries.
Just one hitch in getting hitched here: No alcohol.
