Centro Latin Kitchen & Refreshment Palace, 950 Pearl Street in Boulder, will present a Taste of Mexico with a Taste of Oskar Blues at 7:30 p.m. tonight. Chef Ian Clark will serve a menu inspired by the food of Durango, Mexico, pairing the dishes with three beers from Oskar Blues.
