Oak at 14th will open on November 15
Some enticing photos have been posted on Facebook by Bryan Dayton and Steve Redzikowski, depicting the new kitchen, dining room and bar of Oak at 14th, going into 1400 Pearl Street in Boulder.
The photos are especially exciting because they show a complete restaurant. Which means that opening day of this new North American tavern is upon us.
"We'll go live on Monday, November 15, at 5:30 p.m.," says Dayton, who has kept details quiet throughout the renovations. "We'll just serve dinner the first week, but we'll be open for lunch during week two."
The dinner menu will feature New American fare as interpreted by Jean-Georges, Cyrus and Frasca veteran Steve Redzikowski; Dayton had previously mentioned a burger, housemade pastas, wild game and housemade sausages when he divulged the vision for the restaurant. The menu will be paired with the bartending wizard's cocktail list, as well as geeky wine and beer selections made by general manager Annie Polk.
