Special dinners abound this week -- and even some regular features, such as Vesta Dipping Grill's Menu Classic Mondays, are ramping things up for the season.

Monday, December 6:

Vesta Dipping Grill's Menu Classic Mondays feature a new, three-course, $52.80-for-two menu this month -- complete with recipes from the new Vesta cookbook. Call 303-296-1970 or visit www.vestagrill.com.

Frasca Food & Wine, 1738 Pearl Street in Boulder, will host a White Truffle Dinner with courses prepared by San Francisco chef Michael Tusk, paired with wines from Italian vintner Matteo Molino. Admission is $550; call 303-442-6966.

Seasoned Chef Cooking School, 999 Jasmine Street, presents a class on Holiday Cookies Around the World from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tuition is $65; call 303-377-3222 or visit www.theseasonedchef.com.

Oak at Fourteenth, the new restaurant at 1400 Pearl Street in Boulder, will host Cocktails and Charity; starting at 8 p.m., you get a free cocktail in exchange for an unwrapped gift. Call 303-444-3622.
