Monday, December 6:
Vesta Dipping Grill's Menu Classic Mondays feature a new, three-course, $52.80-for-two menu this month -- complete with recipes from the new Vesta cookbook. Call 303-296-1970 or visit www.vestagrill.com.
Frasca Food & Wine, 1738 Pearl Street in Boulder, will host a White Truffle Dinner with courses prepared by San Francisco chef Michael Tusk, paired with wines from Italian vintner Matteo Molino. Admission is $550; call 303-442-6966.
