Creating fine tequila is an art in and of itself, and when fine tequila is paired with special dishes designed to match the alcohol, it takes the much-maligned margarita staple to a whole new level. Tonight at 7 p.m., El Diablo, 101 Broadway, will host a five-course tequila dinner featuring Del Maguey Single Village mezcals and food by Top Chef Hosea Rosenberg. Admission is $75, and reservations are required; call 303-954-0324.

Sorry to be picky but the headline should say 'five course mezcal dinner'...mezcal and tequila aren't the same thing much as irish whiskey and an Islay single malt scotch aren't the same thing.
