Reader: Keep those culinary-school graduates away from the stove!

While comments continue to fly over Rush Limbaugh's response to Michelle Obama's visit to Vail and Amber Taufen's open letter to militant vegans (148 comments and counting), some readers are fed up with controversy.

If you can't stand the heat, get back in the kitchen.

That's what Scubasteve did, getting back to basics with this comment regarding the new Chef and Tell interview with Geoffrey Groditski, who once was a dishwasher at The Fort and today is exec chef:

What's never in your kitchen? Iodized salt, people who don't speak English, and culinary-school graduates.

Finally! A chef who thinks along the same lines as I do. As a former chef, I couldn't agree with him more.
