Hudson Gardens, 6115 South Santa Fe Drive in Littleton, hosts the International Chocolate and Wine Pairing with host Chocolate Therapist Julie Pech, sampling chocolate from five different countries. It runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and costs $59; call 303-797-5722.
