Eggs and More serves up morning meals in Greenwood Village

MJ Sadeth has spent over twenty years in the restaurant business; she once owned House of Kabob, Shiraz and the now-defunct Saffron, restaurants she sold four years ago. So when she started building Eggs and More in Greenwood Village, she drew on what she'd learned over the course of two decades.

"I made this restaurant from scratch," she says. "It's beautiful. I put all my years of experience into it."

After running lunch and dinner spots for years, Sadeth wanted to do a breakfast joint focused on healthy morning meals.

Her menu, as the name suggests, focuses on egg dishes, but there's more, including several varieties of crepes featuring vegetables, fruits or goat cheese. The emphasis is on organic, with everything from fresh orange and carrot juice to the hollandaise for the eggs Benedict made from scratch.

Eggs and More opened on March 1. It'll be serving breakfast all day every day, from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. For more information, call 303-220-3447.

I went to Eggs and More this weekend with my boyfriend. Since it was Mothers Day and we didn’t want to wait an hour we thought we would try somewhere new. Worst decision we could have made. We waited to 10 minutes for someone to take our order and when they did it was on a crinkled up piece of paper that he tried to smooth out to write on. The family in front of us got their food all and different times and what seemed to be mostly wrong.  We saw 3 families come and leave without ordering because of the poor customer service. One guy was running around like a chicken with his head cut off, the waitress was taking her sweet time, and a women was just walking around with a bad attitude.  The kids behind were about to cry they because they have been waiting for their food for 45 minutes. We needed up leaving after wait 30 minutes for our food and we knew it was going to be wrong. They do not know what they are doing.

This place was recomended to me by a co-worker that had stumbled upon a real gem. I decided to take a client there for breakfast. We were greeted by a very nice young lady and seated right away. I think her name was Saba. She had a great smile and a very warming sense about her. She made sure to tell use the speacials and made some recomendations of her fav's. The food came out quickly and hot. My client love the coziness and great food. The kitchen manager Randy was nice to meet and thanked us for comming. This place was very very nice I will be back. Im not sure what the others that had bad reviews had happen but i would recommend and I will be back. Thanks

My co-worker and I ate lunch at this restaurant a week ago and what a waste of money! The poached egg on my eggs benedict was completely hard boiled and the spinace that was supposed to be in the dish was brought out separately when I was half done. My co-worker was supposed to get toast with her meal and had to ask for it. When the waitress brought it out it was half toasted with no butter and there was no jam or jelly available. Then to top it off the waitress ended up charging both tickets to my credit card!

I READ THESE BAD REVIEWS AND I ALMOST DIDN'T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. My family and I wanted to eat breakfast today and we went to a place on belleview st., which had an 80 minute wait to eat. I told my family lets try this new restaurant called "eggs and more"I have to say, we all LOVED it. The food was delicious...It all came out at the same time and it was hot. I found out everything is hormone free...Scott M. Neth, I think you are use to all the hormones at Macdonalds...stay there! right now eggs and more is not to busy. we did not have to wait for a table...it was great! I would go with my friends and family again. They also serve lunch:)

Today I ate at Eggs & More, for the third time. As this new restaurant launches I find it fascinating to read the comments already made - I like to try new restaurants and follow them as they evolve. Opening a new restaurant is a daunting task, especially in a climate of unforgiving and high expectation market place. I understand, you go out for a breakfast/lunch and it costs money and you do have an expectation of good food, good service for value. Eggs & More does all of this and more. While they have had their trials launching, the meal I had today was delicious and served cheerfully. They have adjusted the menu, new menus were available today and I had the Philly Steak & Cheese sandwich, with Fries. It was a very good sandwich and I thought a real value at 7.95.

I'm willing to grow with a local private business...I hope others will give this new restaurant (a deserved treat in this area) a chance.

Good luck to the staff!

I had breakfast this morning at Eggs and More. There was only one waitress so she had problems keeping up with the orders and delivering food. The hostess/owner(?) did not help and mostly stood around or talked on the phone. It took an unreasonable amount of time to be served and my food was cold. The owner should take note or you will lose repeat customers.Karen

I ate at Eggs & More this morning and it was the most horrible breakfast I've eaten in a very long time. I had Eggs Benedict - the poached eggs were nearly raw, the Canadian bacon was burnt, the potatoes were burnt and the hollandaise sauce (what there was of it) tasted like it came from a packet at a cheap grocery store. The food is absolutely disgusting. I'm not a foodie - I was heading to McDonald's and stopped to try the place - when you can't surpass McDonald's...

I recently ate at this new Eggs and More Restaurant. This was a horrible experience and I would never recommend it to anyone. My food came out incorrect and when I was approached by the owner, she was rude and completely unprofessional. I was shocked to read in this blog that she had ever owned a restaurant before! Our whole table's food came out at different times and none of it was very hot. If the owner has 20 years of experience in owning a restaurant well maybe it's time for a refresher course!!
