The orange slice outraged Sazerac lovers who spied Lori Midson's Guess Where I'm Drinking post yesterday morning. The King had several choice words about the cocktail, including these:

It may have tasted good, and it may have been made with rye, but it wasn't a Sazerac.Just like slapping a fruit salad on your head won't make you Carmen Miranda.
