Udi's Vegan Supper Club tonight in Arvada
The last-Monday Vegan Supper Club at Udi's Pizza Cafe Bar, 7600 Grandview Avenue in Arvada, is nothing short of amazing: It's an all-you-can-eat vegan/plant-based family-style dinner put together by chef Robin El-Baron.This month's menu includes hummus, falafel, roasted cauliflower, "mad greens" pizza, saffron paella, curried kale and chocolate mousse with shaved coconut -- and that's just a sampling of the plates that keep coming as long as you can stuff your face.
